Christianity is an encounter with the Person of Christ - Pope Benedict XVI

Need a parish mission or diocesan conference speaker? Looking for someone to lead evangelization training or a discipleship-focused workshop for your parish? M3 Ministries specializes in powerful (and practical) events that help your parish encounter Christ, transform lives, and change culture.

Our speakers bring a combination of practical experience, an understanding of the Catholic tradition, and expertise in evangelization, leadership formation, making disciples, and cultural change. Our goal is to provide your leaders and your community with a world-class experience that inspires, informs, trains, and leads to profound transformation.

Encounter Events

Evangelization and Formation events designed to help others encounter Christ, deepen their relationship with Him, and establish them more firmly as men and women empowered by the Holy Spirit to release the power of God’s Kingdom in the world!

Evangelization Training

We equip men and women to share Christ with others and accompany those they encounter on the road to missionary discipleship. This is practical formation that makes a difference!

Developing Leaders

A culture of discipleship doesn’t emerge accidentally. It needs clear vision, supportive structures, and leaders who understand how to move from strategy to implementation. Through coaching and other formation opportunities we help leaders and leadership teams grow in the skills and understanding necessary to change parish culture.

Conference Speaking

We offer inspiring, practical, and transformative talks in the areas of evangelization, discipleship, leadership, and spirituality. Rooted in our experiences working at the parish and diocesan levels, these talks are perfect for diocesan conference keynotes, clergy days and retreats, and parish days of reflection.
